Priya Malhotra is an ICF ACC Coach and Leadership Development Consultant operating in the Organization and People Effectiveness space. She brings over 22 years of rich corporate experience in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, including Training and OD and Talent Management.
Priya holds a Masters in Business Administration from University Business School, Panjab University, India with a two year specialization in Human Resources. An accredited practitioner of HOGAN suite and MBTI, she regularly works with various other psychometric individual and team profiling tools, such as Johari, FIRO B, OPQ, Enneagram and Belbin Team Profiling. In addition to use in her coaching work, she also uses psychometrics as an integral part of her design and delivery of development interventions.
As an expert in the Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness space, she brings to the table her experience and expertise in facilitating people development and engagement processes; including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Organization Development initiatives. Priya’s consulting and coaching portfolio includes extensive work with the top and middle management layer, with a focus on creating leadership bench strength, grooming high potentials and facilitating team assimilations. She has worked in the area of enabling Global Leadership Effectiveness, Change Leadership, Nurturing leadership pipelines at senior org levels, Executive Communication and Strategic decision making. She has anchored global mentoring and coaching programs to strengthen org culture, in addition to interventions around Organisational values and organizational purpose. She routinely coaches middle managers and CXOs to build and deepen their executive presence and step up into their leadership.
Priya has well‐practiced skills around diagnosis, solutioning, engineering of intervention design and facilitation expertise, with a foundation of psychology and insight into human behavior. She has successfully partnered with a variety of businesses to diagnose, discover, design and deliver bespoke, hypercontextualised development plans for entire business units or leadership levels with a view to building and strengthening leadership pipelines and individual leader success. She is a consummate facilitator in a face to face workshop setting bringing warmth, conviviality, insight and reflection to her sessions, leaving participants with a lasting experience. She is also digitally savvy and experienced in curating and facilitating programs for a global audience over variety of virtual media. Priya has also developed Video Based content for learning.
In her corporate avatar, Priya has served large Indian and global multinationals including Infosys, ICICI Bank, Franklin Templeton Investments, Aditya Birla Group and CKB group. Organizations served in consulting and coaching roles include Axis Bank, Myntra, Saint Gobain, Miller Cambridge and People Konnect.
A lifelong student of human psychology, Priya is associated with Sumedhas Academy of Human Context for Human Behavior Process work. She is a passionate advocate for Women in Leadership and is a regular speaker at Womens’ forums. She is also a speaker and teacher at XLRI (NCR), SP Jain Global and Delhi School of Economics. Priya contributes as a Mentor at Cherie Blair Foundation.
Her other interests include travel, classical and popular music, theatre and arts, and reading fiction and philosophy.
